De Home Workouts worden dagelijks samengesteld door onze coaches. Met leuke en afwisselende oefeningen houden wij je fit, gemotiveerd en energiek. De Home Workouts bieden wij aan in 3 niveau's: LOW, MEDIUM en HIGH. Zo kun jij op jouw intensiteit blijven trainen!
